Scott D. Marchant, Esq. – President
Scott has been practicing law in New York State for over 15 years in various capacities. Scott has previously worked in private practice and in corporate environments representing the interest of corporation and businesses, before opening Marchant Law in July of 2014. He also served the public sector as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Erie County Legislature and started his career with the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
Scott graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1994 and Albany Law School of Union University.
